The service
Talky analyses public content you submit and provides an AI-generated voice conversation. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong and are not professional advice.
Your responsibilities
Use only content you are permitted to submit. Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, or use Talky to harm others.
Your content
You retain ownership of content and recordings you create. You grant Talky a limited licence to process them only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Talky will not commercially publish an identifiable recording without separate explicit permission.
AI and third parties
The service uses third-party authentication, cloud, realtime audio, speech, and AI providers. Their availability and processing affect the service. Talky does not represent that an AI voice is a real person.
Availability
The service may change, fail, or be withdrawn. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, control abuse, or comply with law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Talky is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on AI output or service interruption.
Ending use
You may stop using Talky at any time and request account or data deletion through the contact below.
